Introducing our all inclusive hotel wedding packages

More and more of our customers are asking for a 'one-stop shop' option where the ceremony, reception and accommodation for the wedding are all at one venue. In response to this we have introduced five packages that do just this. Here are the packages we have for 2008

All of our packages come with the following as standard:

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage license at the town hall or the chapel. By this we mean, booking the wedding date, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

•Collection from your accommodation by one of our wedding co-coordinators and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment

•Personal wedding co-ordinator throughout your wedding .

Paphos Amathus beach hotel wedding - all inclusive package includes the following:

• Civil wedding ceremony at the hotel gardens under the gazebo including all relevant ceremony fees (special marriage license & marriage officer fees) to the local town hall and the hotel’s set up and hire fees.

• One week (7 nights) accommodation for the bride and groom at a pool and sea view luxurious room with great special touches including:

• Chilled champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for the bride and groom in their room upon their return to the hotel from the wedding ceremony.

• Enriched breakfast in the room, complemented with champagne, the morning after the wedding.

• An Aromaceane Relax Hydrobath for the bride in our exclusive Spa. (This luxurious blend of lavender, magnolia, rose, camomile and neroli relaxes and gives the sensation of total well-being).

• An Aroma – Vitality Hydrobath for the groom in our exclusive Spa. (Tones and helps combat fatigue. Drawing from the up-lifting benefits of Sylvester pine, peppermint, hyssop and rosemary and assisted by the jets of our hydrobath).

• Personalized presents in room on arrival for bride and groom

• Fruit basket and petit fours for the bride and groom in room on arrival

• Candlelit Gala Dinner Menu for two and local champagne

• White flowers and pink champagne on wedding night

• Rose petals on bed on the night of the wedding

• Wedding cake (one-tier)

• Choice of reception location indoor or outdoor weather permitting

• Farewell sparkling wine.

(Extra nights can be added at a supplement)
• Deluxe bridal bouquet of roses and lilies; rose or lily buttonhole for the groom; rose or lily corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; two table floral arrangements with white candles for the ceremony venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls

• 40 photo package – your free choice of 40 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customized wedding album, out of at least 100 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice.

• Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot)

• Video DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalized for you

• Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake

• Hair and make-up for the bride including a pre wedding consultation

• Live music from an organist/flautist for the ceremony

• Private reception venue Plato hall or Zenon room or Olive tree terrace

• Full coordination of wedding reception

• Full decoration of wedding reception including white linen for the reception tables, white chair covers, petal confetti for the tables, elevation balloons, flower arrangements with white candles, bombonieres etc.

• Private DJ for the wedding reception to entertain and dance the night away.

• Champagne and flowers for the bridal suite on the night of the wedding

Price: 9525 Euros

Please note: The price is valid for all weddings taking place during 2008. For 2008 expect a small increase of about 7-10%

The compulsory ceremony fees are not included in our packages. These fees are the civil wedding ceremony fee of £165 (Euro 281.92) payable for all couples and the chapel ceremony fee of £300 (Euro 512.58), which is neccessary for those of Anglican or Catholic denominations. Catholics must have two ceremonies i.e civil and church.
