The Annabelle hotel is an exclusive five star hotel of unforgettable luxury and elegant charm set right on the beach front giving you uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and the Paphos fishing harbour. A true sense of old world 'Hollywood' glamour awaits you in this beautiful hotel which comes with amazing backdrops, tropical gardens and waterfalls - picture perfect! Wedding ceremonies are performed in the afternoon on the deck area followed by a drinks reception. For your main dinner reception you can have either an indoor private venue or the outdoor hotel taverna facing the sea. Our Annabelle hotel wedding package offers a wide variety but is still very flexible. Extra people, flowers or anything else, its all possible and most importantly just one wedding a day, yours!

Civil wedding ceremony on the deck area at the Annabelle hotel with lovely beach and garden views- includes all the hotel's venue set up and hire fees, ceremony table with white linen and guests chairs with white covers;
Accommodation: Two nights accommodation for the bride and groom at the luxurious five star Annabelle beach hotel & resort in a full sea view room with special wedding touches (the night before and the night of the wedding. Extra nights can be added at a supplement
All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date and confirming the exact date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates and ensuring all documentation complies with local authority regulations;
Once you are in Cyprus, your personal wedding coordinator will collect you from your hotel or villa and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. Its called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day;
Flowers: Deluxe bridal bouquet of roses and lilies; rose or lily buttonhole for the groom; rose or lily corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; two table floral arrangements with white candles for the ceremony venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls;
Photography: 30 photo package – your free choice of 30 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customised wedding album, out of at least 150 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement of your choice;
Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 10 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot);
Our experienced, professional wedding photographers will capture your wedding day with passion, style and speed; know the best locations for picture-perfect settings; and guarantee you prints of the highest quality.
Wedding Video: DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalised for you; You are welcome to bring your own music to go on your wedding video.
Wedding cake: One-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake;
Professional hair and make-up: for the bride including a pre-wedding consultation (full trials can be organized on request);
Private dinner reception venue: Mediterranean taverna including all set up and hire fees;
