Introducing our all-inclusive beach wedding package

More and more of our customers are asking for a 'one-stop shop' option where the ceremony, reception and accommodation for the wedding are all at one venue. In response to this we have introduced six packages that do just this.

Our 2010 beach wedding all-inclusive package includes the following:

• Beach civil wedding ceremony under the gazebo overlooking the see including all relevant ceremony fees to the local town hall i.e. the special marriage license & marriage officer fees and the all venue set up and hire fees including chairs with white chair covers for all guests and royal red carpet for the bride walk down the aisle.

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date for you and confirm the exact wedding date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

• Collection from your accommodation by one of our wedding co-coordinators and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment

• Deluxe bridal bouquet of roses and lilies; rose or lily buttonhole for the groom; rose or lily corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; two table floral arrangements with white candles for the ceremony venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls.

• 24 photo package – your free choice of 24 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customized wedding album, out of at least 80 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice.

• Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot)

• Video DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalized for you

• White decorated Mercedes for the bridal transport

• Guests transport for up to 20 people with return end of the night

• Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake

• Hair and make-up for the bride including

• Live music from a flautist for the ceremony

• Full wedding reception for 20 people including:

Drinks reception
A glass of local champagne for all the guests, orange for the children and a bottle of local champagne for the wedding couple after the wedding ceremony for the cutting of the wedding cake.
