The following terms and conditions by Cyprusdreamaccommodation are necessary to preserve your rights, so please read them carefully.
1. The minute we receive your signed acceptance of our estimate we will make a provisional booking for you and send you an invoice by email or fax.
2. You must then either pay a deposit of 50% with the remainder due no later than four weeks prior to your arrival date, or you may remit the total cost in one payment.
3. If the balance is not received by the due date, then Cyprusdreamaccommodation reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the date available to other clients. (Please note that you will not receive any statements or reminders before the due date.) In this case, monies received will be refundable, subject to the cancellation charges below.
4. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking, please consider the following:
we will try, where possible, to make alternative arrangements for you; and
you can take out travel insurance, which covers cancellation, as soon as you book.
All cancellations must be submitted to Cyprusdreamaccommodation in writing, either by email, fax or post, and will be effective from the date of receipt by us. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will be made:
1 week prior to arrival 100%
2 weeks prior to arrival 80%
4 weeks prior to arrival 50%
6 weeks prior to arrival 20%
The relevant charges will be deducted before any monies are refunded.
Important note: in the interest of fair practice and ethical considerations, Cyprusdreamaccommodation operates a re-sale refund policy. If a client cancels a reservation we will immediately make the date/arrangements available to other clients and, if we manage to resell the booking, we will then refund the original client all monies held by us less a 15% administration fee. Cyprusdreamaccommodation makes no guarantees in this regard and will not enter into any discussion whatsoever on the subject. We undertake the above policy as a goodwill gesture to our clients and our decision is final.
5. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all legal and travel documents and that they are valid and correct.
6 If you have a complaint during your stay in Cyprus you must inform one of our local representatives who will then do their best to resolve the problem on the spot.
