All public rooms open onto the pool area with patio doors. The house is solidly built with cavity insulation, keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter.

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms all have en-suite facilities with showers in the two guest bedrooms and a huge master en-suite, with shower and a Jacuzzi bath. The single beds in the downstairs bedroom can be pushed together to make a queen bed. All bedrooms, like the public rooms, have their own, remote-controlled air-conditioning.

The villa, in the traditional village of Peyia, has panoramic sea and mountain views and is conveniently placed 25 mins drive from Paphos Airport, 15 mins drive from Paphos town and 5 mins drive to Coral Bay beach. The centre of Peyia village is within a short walk.

There’s a well equipped kitchen with an American fridge/freezer, full air conditioning/central heating and an open gas fire in the lounge, offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. It is very well equipped, with comfortable furniture, Sky TV, DVD and a radio-CD player. The lovely gardens surround a fantastic "infinity" pool offering views over Coral Bay and the coastline from Sea Caves to Paphos.
