Private charter wedding receptions
Charter your own private boat or yacht for your Wedding Reception all decorated with flowers, balloons & ribbons. Selection of wedding receptions and menus for a small gathering or up to 150 guests, this will not only be a day remembered by the Bride & Groom but by each and every guest! Dance to your favourite music and be pampered by the professional crew with a memory to treasure for life……
Packages and options

Captain’s Table: Charter time 6 hours,
Sailing time 2 – 3 hours

- Silk flower arrangements on board the yacht

- Flower arrangements on pedestals at the entrance of the yacht, along with reception of chilled Cyprus Champagne

- Sponge Wedding cake

- Finger buffet of canapés and open sandwiches

- Unlimited drinks supplied from the fully stocked bar on board (optional)

- Cruise and return (cruise approximately 2 – 3 hours)

- Full dinner buffet chosen from menu A or B ( please see full details below)

- Bride and groom presented with Certificate of Wedding Reception on board the yacht

- Assorted music played throughout

Deckhand’s deluxe (charter time 3 hours)

- Silk flower arrangements on board our yacht

 Reception of Chilled Cyprus Champagne

Finger buffet of Salmon Paté and cucumber, Pork Souvlaki in mini Pitta Bread with crispy salad, Chicken Nuggets with cool Taziki Dip, Crudités, and  Egg Mayonnaise with Paprika.

Coastline Cruise.

Guests presented with favors.

Unlimited Red and White Wine.

Bride and Groom presented with a certificate of the Reception on board the yacht.

Coastguard Reception
Charter time 4 – 6 hours.
Boat moored in the harbour
– non sailing option

- Unlimited drinks supplied from the fully stocked bar on board

Skipper’s Choice
Charter time 3 – 4 hours.
Cruise time about 2 hours

Sailor’s Presentation
Charter time 2 hours with coastline cruise

- Silk flower arrangements on board the yacht

- Reception of chilled Cyprus Champagne

- Finger buffet of open sandwiches

- Coastline cruise

- Bride and groom presented with Certificate of Wedding Reception on board the yacht

- Assorted music played throughout

Platinum Package – charter time 6 hours:

Marriage Ceremony on board (Conducted by Marriage Officer from Paphos Municipality)

Organist (To play on arrival of bride and during ceremony)

Fully decorated table for ceremony including silk flowers*(two lambastes decorated with silk flowers and placed on either side of the table)

Guest chairs provided with white cotton covers

Red carpet on arrival at yacht with a further two lambastes on either side of the entrance

Soft drinks and water provided for guests prior to arrival of the Bride

Stretch limousine and chauffer to transfer bridal party and bridesmaids or selected guests to yacht and return (one pick up point, two journeys)

Silk flower arrangements throughout yacht lounge area

Chilled Cyprus champagne and iced fruit punch to be served to the Bride & Groom and guests after the wedding ceremony

Chocolate fountain! 

Yacht fully decorated in your choice of colors with rosettes, ribbons and balloons

Cruise for up to two hours

Full dinner buffet (Seaman’s meal menu)

Red and White wine served with dinner

Selection of fresh seasonal fruits from our fruit platter

Wedding cake (sponge)
