Our 2008 wedding day packages

Although our expertise lies in creating unique, fully-customised weddings, we also offer a flexible, upgradable package service for those who prefer this approach.

Our 2008 Diamond wedding package includes:

• Two weeks luxurious accommodation for the bride and groom at one of the best Cyprus hotels. Hotel choice includes: The Elysium beach hotel, The Annabelle, The Paphos Amathus, Coral Beach beach hotel & resort, Thalassa boutique hotel or a luxurius private villa with own swimming pool .

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage licence at the Town Hall or the chapel. By this we mean, booking the wedding date and confirming the exact wedding date, venue and time, all correspondance during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

• Upon arrival in Cyprus collection from your accommodation by your personal wedding co-ordinator and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment plus a pre wedding meeting to go through all the final arrangements for your big day.

• Private transportation to and from Paphos Airport

• Welcome drink upon arrival at accommodation.

• Your free choice of flowers for the bridal bouquet; buttonhole for the groom; corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; one table and one free-standing floral arrangements for the wedding venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls

•Bridal transport with Horse & carriage or white decorated Rolls-Royce or vintage Aston Martin complete with ribbons and flowers

• Decorated 4-seater white mercedes for the groom and best man

• Traditional Fun bus up to 34 guests or air conditioned coach transportation for up to 50 guests

•50 photographs placed in a customised album, together with at least twice as many proofs and original negatives.

• Sunset Photos (includes a choice of 20 photos 15x20cm from a minimum shoot of 30)

• Selection of ten black and white photos

• Selection of 10 photos to be blown up (20x30cm or 30x40cm) or one canvas print of size 45cm x 75cm

• DVD digital photo album presentation including 40 photos of your choice with effect and music

• Video recording of the event in DVD format, edited, enhanced and personalised for you

• Two extra video copies on DVD format for parents or best friends.

• Three-tier iced wedding cake and two bottles of chilled French champagne for the reception

• Hair and make-up for the bride and two bridesmaids including a pre-wedding consultation.

• French Champagne and flowers for the bridal suite.

• Live music from an organist/flautist for the ceremony.

•A romantic candlelit dinner for the bride and groom at an exclusive restaurant

• Honeymoon break for two nights in a five-star mountain resort OR a 2-day cruise to Egypt for the bride and groom.

• Wedding reception for 20 people at one of the following venues:

a) Beach restaurant wedding reception with full BBQ menu or 5 course set menu plus champagne upon arrival and wine or

b) Kamares club restaurant wedding reception with a selection of set menus or buffets, BBQ or meze menu or

c) Private charter boat wedding reception with rich finger buffet, champagne and unlimited wine for ten quests, full decoration, and CD sound system

d)Traditional Cyprus tavern with full meze, unlimited wine and live dancing show

Please note: The price is valid for all weddings taking place during 2008. For 2009 expect a small increase of about 7-10%

The compulsory ceremony fees are not included in our packages. These fees are the civil wedding ceremony fee of £165 (Euro 281.92) payable for all couples and the chapel ceremony fee of £300 (Euro 512.58), which is neccessary for those of Anglican or Catholic denominations. Catholics must have two ceremonies i.e civil and church.
