Queens Bay Hotel Weddings - This is a new wedding venue offering some of the best sea views overlooking an unspoiled natural bay. The wedding ceremony takes place in a completely private location on a grassy cliff top area facing the sea. The magnificent views and the beautiful sunsets create a perfect atmosphere for your big day. Following the ceremony you can enjoy some drinks at your own private bar before you continue with the main reception. Although having your wedding reception at the hotel is not necessary, the venue, the food quality and the very high standard of service is something not to be ignored. There are many other venues available for your wedding reception but undoubtedly the best one is the deck located right next to the ceremony venue where you can enjoy the sunset views in complete privacy -with the option of having your own private entertainment.

Queens Bay - all inclusive wedding package:
This is one of our newer wedding venues and as with all our wedding packages it is fully flexible - so please feel free to mix and match to your own requirements, wedding group size and budget. The package below includes all your wedding services from accommodation, ceremony, flowers, photography, hair and beauty and much more. With this venue you are free to choose to have your reception elsewhere which we can happily arrange whether it be at a private club, taverna or any of our many other reception options.
Fully inclusive of:
- Civil wedding ceremony. Civil or religious (Church of England) wedding ceremony on a cliff top overlooking the unspoilt bay including all relevant venue set up and hire fees with chairs with white covers for all guests;
- One weeks' accommodation for the bride and groom at the Queens Bay Hotel on an ALL INCLUSIVE basis
(Extra nights can be added at a supplement)
- All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date and confirming the exact date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates and ensuring all documentation complys with local authority regulations;
- Once your are in Cyprus,your personal wedding co-ordinator will collect you from your hotel or villa and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. Its called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day;
- Flowers: Deluxe roses bridal bouquet; rose buttonhole for the groom; rose corsages for the parents and best man; and posies for two bridesmaids;
- Photography: 24 photo package – your free choice of 24 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customized wedding album, out of at least 100 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice;
- Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot);
Our experienced, professional wedding photographers will capture your wedding day with passion, style and speed; know the best locations for picture-perfect settings; and guarantee you prints of the highest quality.
- Wedding cake: Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake;
- Professional hair and make-up: for the bride including a pre-wedding consultation; (full trials can be organized on request);
- Personal wedding coordinator throughout your wedding.
