Our terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions by Cyprus Dream Weddings are necessary to preserve your rights, so please read them carefully.

1. The minute we receive your signed acceptance of our estimate we will register your names and date with the town hall or church and sent you an invoice by email or fax.

2. You must then confirm your wedding booking with a deposit with the remainder due no later than four weeks prior to your arrival date. A payment plan is usually agreed with payments made every couple of months till final settlement.

3. If the balance is not received by the due date, then Cyprus Dream Weddings reserves the right to cancel the booking and make the date available to other clients. (Please note that you will not receive any statements or reminders before the due date.) In this case, monies received will be refundable, subject to the cancellation charges below.

4. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your booking, please consider the following:
• we will try, where possible, to make alternative arrangements for you; and
• you can take out travel / wedding insurance, which covers cancellation, as soon as you book your wedding.

All cancellations must be submitted to Cyprus Dream Weddings in writing, either by email, fax or post, and will be effective from the date of receipt by us. In the event of cancellation, the following charges to the total of the wedding package, wedding reception and accommodation will be made:
1 month prior to arrival 100%
2 months prior to arrival 80%
6 months prior to arrival 50%
8 months or more prior to arrival 20%
The relevant charges will be deducted before any monies are refunded.

Important note: in the interest of fair practice and ethical considerations, Cyprus Dream Weddings operates a re-sale refund policy. If a client cancels a reservation we will immediately make the date/arrangements available to other clients and, if we manage to resell the booking, we will then refund the original client all monies held by us less our administration fees. Cyprus Dream Weddings makes no guarantees in this regard and will not enter into any discussion whatsoever on the subject. We undertake the above policy as a goodwill gesture to our clients and our decision is final.

5. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in possession of all legal and travel documents required for your wedding and that they are valid and correct.

6 If you have a complaint during your stay in Cyprus you must inform one of our local representatives who will then do their best to resolve the problem on the spot.

7. Whilst every care is taken in choosing the photographs and compiling the information on this website, they are representative and for guidance only. Whilst we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers, Cyprus Dream Weddings cannot be held responsible for not providing the exact representation shown therein.
