Introducing our all inclusive wedding packages

More and more of our customers are asking for a 'one-stop shop' option where the ceremony, reception and accommodation for the wedding are all at one venue. In response to this we have introduced six packages that do just this.

Private charter yacht wedding all-inclusive package
ncludes the following:

• Wedding ceremony (civil or religious) on board a private luxury yacht*

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date for you and confirm the exact wedding date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

• Collection from your accommodation by one of our wedding co-coordinators and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment.

• Personal wedding co-ordinator throughout your wedding.

• Deluxe bridal bouquet of roses and lilies; rose or lily buttonhole for the groom; rose or lily corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; two table floral arrangements with white candles for the ceremony venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls.

• Chauffeur driven decorated white Mercedes for the bride, one-way transportation for the groom and best man and a mini bus transport for up to 20 guests.

• 40 photo package – your free choice of 40 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customized wedding album, out of at least 100 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice.

• Video DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalized for you

• Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake

• Hair and make-up for the bride including a pre wedding consultation

• Wedding reception dinner (as below) for up to 20 people:

Reception of Chilled Cyprus Champagne, canapés and open sandwiches, with various fillings and toppings after the ceremony
Unlimited local drinks from our fully stocked on board bar, consisting of Beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, soft drinks, juices and water.
Full Dinner Buffet chosen from Menu A or Menu B below complimented by seasonal fruits.

• Guests presented with Favours.(Sugared almonds presented in organza and tulle). Bride and Groom presented with Certificate of Wedding Reception on board the yacht. Voucher to use on any cruise for up to two years. A beautiful memorable gift for Bride & Groom.

• Full coordination of wedding reception

• Full decoration of wedding reception including white linen for the reception tables, white chair covers, petal confetti for the tables, elevation balloons, flower arrangements with white candles, bombonieres etc.

• Private DJ for the wedding reception to entertain and dance the night away.

Please note: Price above is valid for 2008 and 2009 and includes all the above services, private charter time of the yacht for 6 hours, 2-3 hours cruise, all staff, crew and captain. Yachts available are:

"Ocean Flyer"– 35 Metre White Yacht.
Top Deck - Flying bridge with teak deck and luxury seating for 20 persons app. Fully fitted teak deck with sun loungers for the ultimate tan, 50" Plasma screen, luxury seating for 40 persons app. Pilot house fitted in Cherry Wood, and stairs leading down to the main deck.
Main Deck - Luxury seating at the aft of the yacht, with a Rosewood table suitable to accommodate 16 persons with lots of shade, leading to the extremely plush lounge, fully carpeted in ax minster, luxury seating and Red Elm wood tables suitable to accommodate 40 persons. Full width buffet table with 50" Plasma screen for onboard viewing. Pioneer Music system with 40 speakers around the yacht. Blue LED lighting fitted in the alacantara ceiling. Cherry wood bar with all facilities. Luxury Toilet on main deck. Fully fitted galley with all amenities.
Lower Deck - Luxury toilets and changing rooms etc

"Sea Star"– 30 Metre White Yacht
Top Deck – Full teak deck with seating tables, Pilot house and stairs leading down to the main deck.
Main Deck - Full teak deck, cushioned seating all around the yacht, lots of shade, aft of the yacht has cushioned seating and Rosewood tables, leading to the fully fitted oak wood cladded lounge.Fully airconditioned, carpeted with cushioned seating and rosewood tables, along with a buffet table. Large bar with all amenities. From the lounge leads the stairs to the lower deck
Lower Deck - Changing rooms, fully tiled toilets with nappy changing facilities. Kitchens and crew cabins.
Comments - Luxury seating fitted on main deck 2008!!
