We got married at Coral Beach Hotel on 22nd October 2019 and had the most perfect day. Sandra was our wedding planner, we started talking in March 2018 and from the first email she was so helpful, listening to what kind of wedding we were hoping for she helped us narrow it down. She was honest about the pros and cons of all the venues that we were interested in. The wedding package was tailored to our every need, taking things off and adding things on was never an issue. There were so many options for extras but never any pressure to add these on.
I knew that I would never have to wait long for a response via email from Sandra and nothing was too much to ask for, she looked into every idea and request we had. I quickly gained 100% trust in Sandra as she completely understood the wedding we were dreaming of. Sandra was able to pick up when I was worried about something and always said the right things to keep me cool and calm (even when the weather forecast was threatening a storm on our wedding day!). It was so nice to finally meet Sandra face to face at the pre wedding meeting where she went through every tiny detail to ensure the day went smooth and exactly as we wanted it to.
We had our ceremony on the pier at Coral beach hotel which was a stunning spot, the violin player was a huge hit, all our guests commented on how good he was. Our reception was on the upper deck, Sandra and the team did an amazing job setting this up to look magical, again I had left my trust in Sandra for the table decorations and it was truly beautiful. Our cake was better than I had imagined.
Our photographer Petros was so funny, he had us laughing the whole time, we can’t wait to see the professional photo’s. We also booked the caricaturist for when we went off for the sun set photo’s, he was very good and our guests had a souvenir to take away with them from the day. We picked the Greek Meze for our food which went down well and the guests commented on the huge selection and quality of the food. Our DJ Jason was excellent, he played all the music that suited us and kept everyone on the dancefloor all night.
We had the Cypriot dancers for entertainment at night – these are a must!! They were fantastic and got everyone involved in the dancing to traditional Greek music.
To end the night we had the full fireworks display, we are so happy we decided on having this as it was the perfect end to the best day ever, it was a surprise for our guests and everyone enjoyed them – well worth the money!
I thought booking a wedding abroad would be more stressful than having one at home but I can honestly say the whole experience was stress free because of booking through Cyprus Dream Weddings and having Sandra as our wedding planner. If anyone is struggling to decide on a wedding planner, I can confidently say you won’t be disappointed at all with this team.
