Jaclyn & Stephen - Alassos - 21st July 2023

We’ve been back from Cyprus a few weeks now and scrolling through all the photos of our perfect day. We have so many people to thank and just wanted to take the time to share those who made our day everything we dreamed of.

Firstly to the best wedding planner in Cyprus Kerry Barker, what a superstar. From our prior visits to the actual day her communication was amazing, especially with emails as I know she’s been incredibly busy. She made us feel so at ease that everything would be ok, even with the last minute flower girl dress disaster. Special mention to P&M Dry Cleaners who worked wonders and the lovely Gail Douglas who came to the rescue with a back up dress. One million thank yous. Kerry even kept the surprises from my mum, father in law and husband a secret. She genuinely invests in giving all her couples the best wedding day & cares to go that extra mile to make sure everything is exactly how you dreamed it would be. We cannot thank Kerry and her fabulous team for taking care of everything, it was honestly perfect from start to finish.

Our venue Ktima Alassos is simply stunning with really attentive staff, nothing was too much trouble on our day & the food was fantastic.

My dress was steamed the morning of the wedding by Anita who successfully managed to get out all the travel creases in my dress. She works wonders and is such a lovely lady.

For hair we had the Natalia Paris who worked wonders and made our hair visions a reality, my hair has never looked to good.

Our make up artist was the fabulously talented makeup by Lauren, she’s so lovely & made us all look & feel a million dollars. Thank you ladies!

Our photographer and videographer Petros & Sergios were fab, even in the baking hot July sun. They were funny & from our photos captured our day perfectly, we can’t wait to see the video.

The vocal couple surprise were our first surprise & were great, they had everyone enjoying themselves singing & dancing during our cocktail hour. During our dinner pianist Kirstyn McCann played the keys with oasis & dance classics for everyone to enjoy. Our DJ was Tom Owen who was fantastic and our flower girls favourite part of the wedding was DJing with him. The dance floor was never empty thanks to him & the amazing saxophonist Zack Evangelou playing, a highlight for all our guests.

Thanks to minimania for our bouncy castle, it was huge hit with the kids & I have great photos of myself enjoying it too. Finally to pygrosfireworks for the amazing display which was the best surprise of the night.

I wish I could do it all over again. I’m not one for writing reviews but I can honestly say that I’d recommend everyone I’ve mentioned, you won’t regret it. Cyprus Dream Weddings are the best in the business, I promise all newly engaged couples you’re in very safe & experienced hands. They take all the stress away from planning an abroad wedding. Thank you so much for giving us the most wonderful day.
