This amazing state-of-the art villa was built in 2013 by the owner, a renowned Cypriot architect as a sister villa to the elegant Villa Panorama. These adjacent villas enjoy ultimate privacy making them ideal either singly or together for wedding parties and family vacations. Spread over two spacious floors, Oceania is an elegant and fashionable villa with superlative finishes throughout its modern ergonomic style. The overall aesthetic of the ultra-modern villa, results from the use of pure grey steel and glass frame in its structure, the windows louver blinds are operated electrically. The Interior design is dominated by ceramic, glass, contemporary wood flooring and other minimalist elements that gives the villa its distinct contemporary signature.

About this Villa
Oceania boasts 6 comfortable bedrooms and four spacious bathrooms offering luxurious accommodation for 16 guests.
The extensive living room has an open folding glass, sliding wall running almost the entire length of the area, affording stunning panoramic views over the infinity swimming pool, Paphos city and the Mediterranean sea. The living room also features a 3D Flat-screen TV connected to a CD/DV/USB player and surround-sound system. Comfort is provided by sumptuous sofas and a custom designed table, suitable to seat all 16 guests.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen providing all necessary modern appliances for guests, including a breakfast bar. The large contemporary kitchen, which is served by a grand dining table, has 2 large fridge-freezers, a 4 ring electric hob, microwave, extractor hood, oven and a dishwasher. Additionally there is a separate utility room which provides a second gas hob,2 washing machines, second microwave and an alternative oven.
The master suite (also billed as the honeymoon suite) has a double bed and luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bath, enclosed in sliding glass and surrounded by white pebbled floor. This suite features a glass garden access door, flat tv and its own living room, which can be separated from the bedroom area by a roll away wall to provide accommodation for two additional guests on the sofa bed.
Also on the ground floor are 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom and a guest WC. One of the twin rooms has a door to the garden.
The remaining bedrooms are all furnished with chairs, wooden desk and large wardrobes, highlighted by decorative lights. All southeast facing bedrooms benefit from electrically operated louver blinds, which enable guests to adjust the natural sun light entering the rooms, thus creating their desired ambiance.
Taking the contemporary steel staircase for the upper floor you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms, which comprise 1 Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 3 twin bedrooms. All but one of the twin rooms enjoy the stunning coastal views, and the three twin rooms share a palatial bathroom, which like all the bathrooms in the property has been designed by the owner to offer opulent elegance.
Weddings and receptions, all types of outdoor social gathering or party can take place upon the superior wooden-decked roof terrace. Distinctively designed to accommodate large groups of up to 45 people with an expansive seating area, our catering team is at your disposal to provide elegant meals, buffets, receptions or romantic elegant dinner-parties. Additionally it provides a bar table, outdoor fridge, sink,outdoor sofas and sun beds set against the spectacular backdrop of the Coral Bay vista.
The marvellous infinity swimming pool (5m x 15m) allows swimmers to sit on the sunken bar stools and relax with a drink and to enjoy the view. The exterior of the swimming pool is surrounded by green landscaping and an outdoor barbecue area, which has an extra-large table for dining.
The villa is ideal for small or intimate weddings or family gatherings, but for larger wedding parties, accommodation can be combined with Panorama Villa (special combined offer).
Notes to Rental Rates
Villa rental: must be for a minimum of one week
Rates include: Weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels
Rates do not include:
Air conditioning (for cooling and heating) is optional and payable in cash directly to the villa owner.
6.50 Euro per unit per day for the bedrooms
12 Euros per unit per day for the living area of the annex
16 Euros per unit per day for the living area of the main house (2 units available)
The supplement for the outdoor Jacuzzi with spa is 65 Euros per day, again, payable directly to the villa owner. Please note that the Jacuzzi should be pre-booked as it can take up to 24-48 hours to heat. The Jacuzzi can be booked for a minimum of 4 days.
Please note that no additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent from The Villa Group. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa.
Please note a refundable security deposit of GBP 650 in cash is required to be paid locally upon arrival to the villa to cover any damages or breakages at the property. For bookings received and confirmed from 20th June 2015, the refundable security deposit is to be paid in advance together with the balance payment in the sum of GBP 800.
